Staffed by an ALTEC attendant during business hours, the ALTEC Mac Classroom (Hellems 145) and computer lab is located west of the main entrance of Hellems. This classroom features six 24" iMac computers, as well as 12 MacBooks that are available for checkout from the ALTEC attendant. A variety of programs (including Microsoft office, Adobe Photoshop, Praat, iTunes, iMovie, and Google Earth) have been installed on each of these computers for student and faculty use.   In addition to the computers, the Mac Classroom also contains a digital projector and sound system, both of which are controlled by a panel located on the eastern wall.
